    Not a true black....

    I ordered the black dress but it was more like a very dark grey in reality. Comparing it to another dress that was made from the same material, you can see a clear difference. Hoping that it was mistake, I exchanged my black dress for a replacement but the second one was also the same dark grey color. Other than that, the fit was great since the material is made from stretchy fibers. Unfortunately I will return for a full refund since I'm looking for a black dress and this was not as advertised.

    Cute and versatile, but not easy care

    This dress is comfortable and looks nice. The one drawback is that it can’t be ironed, so it’s hard to get the pleats looking crisp and remove wrinkles.

    Talk about Vintage, this dress definitely fits the category. I absolutely love it!! Excellent quality, elegant and classy look. I’m 5 ft 1 and weigh 153 lbs, I ordered M (6-8) and it fits as if tailored for me.

    It’s lovely, it does have a fair bit of stretch it’s just not five stars for me as I will need some fashion tape for the back. The material from inside the dress ( on the back- just before the zipper) is poking out and will not lay flat. Also just string to hold the belt rather than a sturdy belt loop. Other than that it fits lovely, does the job just glad I got it on sale xx

    Elegant!

    This is just a beautiful dress. Love the fit and the drape. My first time out with it, I got loads of compliments! I am a swing dancer, and I love how it moves with a swivel (see photo). Thoroughly happy with this purchase.

    I work as a funeral coordinator and this dress is super elegant, comfortable, has pockets and makes me look professional and elegant. 100%recommend. Now I just nee UV to makes this dress summer friendly bc I will buy more with short sleeves or no sleeves at all. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

    I bought this for a 1950s themed event at work, and it did NOT disappoint. The fit was perfect, and the stretch made it comfortable to work in for 7 hours. POCKETS meant that I could keep my phone and pens, etc with me while working, and still keep the silhouette. It’s adorable with a crinoline, and also classy without one so I don’t have to only wear it for themed nights. I love this dress.

    Perfect LBD for conservative occasions

    I bought this dress to wear to a work event. It’s not too formal, just a simple black dress with a high modest neckline. I plan to dress it up for evening events and wear it plain with tights and booties for work.

    Lovely dress, good fit.

    I bought this dress for my father's funeral. The fabric is fine, the fit was good, it was a beautiful dress and very appropriate for the somber occasion. My issue was with the back of the dress, the edging with the tag kept flipping up, which was annoying. I steamed the dress, steamed it down, and it still would not stay in place. Lining the bodice of the dress would have fixed this issue.

    Fabric/Color matters for sizing

    The black dress fit incredibly well, matched the sizing recommended. I was so happy with it I ordered the same size in a different color/pattern. It turns out different patters run vastly different sized. Be prepared to size up a size, or TWO, to fit. It was horribly tight, I couldn’t even lift my arms past my chest, meanwhile the original one in black of the exact same size had plenty of give without any tightness or construction.

    Extremely disappointed

    I have a few of this style including one in black from the exact same listing and size. I wear it often and these aren’t easy to wash so I wanted another. This one felt different than my other black one, cheaper and and material is loud and swishes every time I move. But the real issue is that when I tried it on, without wearing it or even zipping it up all the way, the sleeve ripped behind my armpit!!! I feel like I got a knock off. Not worth the increased price, I’m so upset.
