You get what you pay for - these are acceptable for the price, but did not assemble easily - the parts did not fit when I tried to form the boxes, and I had to trim a couple of places. Not strong enough for heavy objects. OK for general storage.

It’s very strong it can hold dozens of water bottles no problem, the bottom and both sides with handle are double layer. No iris opening bottom here. The material is slightly thinner but lightweight.

Most bankers boxes fold such that both the bottom and the ends are doubled, giving good strength to both the handles and the center of the bottom. You can put pretty much anything, within reason, in standard boxes and the contents won't bust through the bottom when you carry it by the handle cutouts. But these "universal" boxes have bottoms kind of like the iris on a camera. This makes it quicker to fold but there is no strength whatsoever in the center of the bottom. If you push your hand on the center, the bottom will bulge out and you're hand will go right through the iris folds. So, worthless for carrying "stuff". But if all you're storing is upright folders, which distribute their weight more along the edges, or just really weightless things like pillows, and you don't plan to move the boxes around much by their single thickness flimsy handles, it'll probably be okay.

Don't let the word "economy" fool you! These are every bit as nice as the "banker boxes" you see everywhere! Packaged well and on time! Big win-win for the consumer!
