Unwell Hydration touts fast hydration and enhanced focus, but you might want to think twice before grabbing a bottle. Each serving is loaded with 490 mg of sodium, which is 20% of your recommended daily intake, and it contains 75 mg of caffeine. These ingredients may actually impede proper hydration unless you’re involved in heavy exercise. Despite what the ads say, the high sodium content, the boost from caffeine, and even a little sugar make it a poor choice for regular use. For most people, plain water is more than adequate. Go for this drink only if you really need an extra electrolyte boost. Otherwise, you’re better off sticking with water or choosing a healthier, low-sodium alternative.

This stuff is disgusting. I love unique beverages. I love mixes of herbs and fruit. This sounded delicious. But it’s not. It leaves a nasty aftertaste. And the actual taste is bitter and just off. Do not buy this junk.

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this drink during our weekly Target trip. I'm definitely guilty of buying it for the packaging (it's adorbs), but, after doing more research it really is a great alternative to other energy drinks. I got the orange hibiscus and the flavor is great. Very light, not too sweet or salty. So excited to keep drinking these!

Honestly the best electrolyte drink out there rn. Not overly sweet or salty. The caffeine really does its job but not aggressively. I wish these came in powder form so I could travel with them!!!

I preordered the variety pack when Alex announced it, and have drank all three flavors now. Some background: I despise all electrolyte drinks and powders. They taste overly fake sweetened and I’d rather drink regular water. If I am skiing or hungover, I opt for a Gatorade Zero if I really need the electrolytes because it doesn’t smack you in the face with flavor. I had hoped these would taste like a non-carbonated La Croix…aka lightly flavored. Orange Hibiscus was the lightest tasting one and the only one I would repurchase. That being said, I will probably still choose a Gatorade Zero in the future before going out of my way to buy this again. I’m still a huge Call Her Daddy fan! And would try new flavors as they come out. So here’s my plug for having subtle flavoring in the future :)

I generally dont like electrolyte drinks however unwell orange is amazing. Its not super sweet or super salty. The hibiscus brings a nice kick of floral tartness. I know water and coconut water are natural electrolytes however if you are into gatorade or need quicker hydration, try this out.
