Q: So I'm at the high end size 16. I'm usually hesitant when they say L/XL 10-16 but XXL fits up to 24. I will tend to have underwear that is tight in the leg openings but if I went up would they be not much compression?

A: Hi SR, C-Panty can run big if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down. For a better idea on which size would be best for you, you may want to use hip and waist measurements. For hips between 41" -45.5", and waist size between 33.5" - 39" you will want the L/XL for hips between 46" - 53.5" and waist size between 39.5" - 45" you will want the 1X/2X size.

Provide a lot of support post c section but they come up uncomfortably high (and I am 5’ 9” with a long torso). Price is high for one pair.

great for C-Section
This underwear is great, especially the silicone panel. I forget I even have a. scar because I cant feel the rubbing like with other underwear. The only reason I put 4/5 stars is because they are pretty difficult to put on and take off, especially with a sore belly. But once they are on, I feel secure and way more comfortable than wearing the hospital binder and my regular underwear.

Exactly what I needed!
These were perfect! I had an open myomectomy and was returning to work after six weeks. These did exactly what I needed them to do: they lifted up the area of the incision to keep gravity from pulling down and causing me pain. They provided me with better post surgical support than a binder did. They also make me look slimmer, like I'm wearing spanks.

I wish I had this panty for my first pregnancy! I love it so much. It gave me the perfect support for bub number two and was more comfortable to wear than I had expected. I had a different one first time around and found it kept rolling down and I had to constantly adjust it but with this one, it actually stayed in place! The best thing about it is that you can wear clothes comfortably without being self conscious people can see what you've got on underneath. I was also scared that it would be irritating on my cut but not at all! It's definitely a game changer. I would definitely recommend this product. I was gifted a sample to try and review.

Not worth the price
The first wear these were great! They stayed up very well, didn’t roll and had good support in the stomach. After the first wash though it was completely different. They rolled down frequently and didn’t have the same support. I felt like I was constantly adjusting them because they would not stay up anymore. I ended up throwing them away after just a few times wearing them. Not worth the price.

Sizing is way off. I ordered size S/M- which is my normal size and couldn’t even get that pass my thigh. Order at lest one size up- i was not able to return as already washed them

I had a C-section and bought this to help me bind my tummy for support. Unfortunately, it doesn’t do anything. It’s tight around the upper part which makes you feel like it is tight but that’s about it. I do not feel support anywhere especially where it needs to be— my tummy. So I do not recommend. Just buy the regular waist/tummy binders.

I’m in love with this and highly recommend. Wore this and also paired it with the mothers love c section cream. Let me tell you works wonders! I had some raised red marks that were super sensitive to the touch. And after a day of wearing this I promise you I woke up the next day and they were completely gone. I thought I would never be able to get rid of them. Love this product and would recommend you to get it if you have a c section done. I started using it 2 weeks after my surgery.

Sizing/fit a little off
The waist ones definitely run smaller and don't sit right on my csection scar. The high waisted ones are amazing. I will say size up I'm wearing my prepregnancy size 10 jeans and I got the large and they seem really tight on my scar. Other than that I love them.

My son experienced multiple health issues at birth and spent a few weeks in the NICU. I was up and moving around a lot more than normal after my c-section so I could visit him bedside. I have NO IDEA how I could have done that without your product, c-panty! The hospital-issued binders are bulky and next to impossible to put on without help. C-panty gave me the freedom and ability to be with my son during some of the scariest days of our lives. Words cannot fully describe how grateful I am for this amazing product! Thank you so much!! P. S. One of my dearest friends had a baby that spent time in the NICU. I bought her a c-panty and sent it to her. I believe in this product!!

These are absolutely the best postpartum! They provide support as well as encourage healing. This was my third c-section and I went in for my 6 week check up today, and even my provider couldn't get over how great my incision looks. It is almost already back to looking the same as before baby #3! If you are on the fence about ordering, definitely do it! This is an investment you definetly won't regret!!!
