FOR C-SECTION MOMS: You had a baby and a surgery. C-Panty helps address the post-surgical part of your baby's arrival with RECOVERY CARE.
This includes 2 components so you can get back to baby in comfort.
#1 - COMFORTABLE, UPWARD COMPRESSION to help push fluids away from the incision area, and #2 A BUILT-IN SILICONE PANEL provides targeted support of the incision and may help reduce the appearance of scars.
The C-panty distinguishes itself in the market with its pioneering technology, including a medical-grade compression panel that helps reduce swelling, pushes fluids upward away from the incision area, supports weakened tissues, and helps minimizes discomfort following surgery. Refined over more than a decade, this design has cemented UpSpring's reputation as a leader in postpartum recovery solutions.
No velcro, sticky strips, granny panties or cotton boxers that don't hurt but don't help! Long after you've tossed the disposable underwear, too tight shapers and bulky binders, C-Panty will be hard at work. These high waisted panties provide SLIMMING & SHAPING postpartum support. FSA/HSA eligible.
Offering both comfort and medical effectiveness, the C-panty is crucial for new mothers during the challenging post-cesarean recovery period. Its design thoughtfully addresses common post-surgical concerns like incision care, reducing infection risks and and reducing the appearance of scars.
Moreover, the UpSpring C-panty serves as an excellent gift for mothers who have undergone a cesarean, providing timely targeted support and comfort when it's most needed, thanks to its innovative features. UpSpring's dedication to advancing maternal care and women's health drives its continued innovation in product development. Each new offering is based on thorough research and proven effectiveness. The C-panty is more than just underwear, or a mesh panty, or spanx, or binders—it's the only panty designed for C-Section recovery - a testament to UpSpring's commitment to supporting mothers during a transformative period, establishing it as a trusted name in maternal wellness globally.
NOT INTENDED TO BE USED FOR WEIGHT LOSS. Not intended to reduce waist circumference. PRECAUTIONS: DO NOT USE ON OPEN WOUNDS. C Panty can only be used if the incision is fully closed and healed (no scab remaining). To use earlier, cover silicone panel with a panty liner.

Q: Hi , Are these safe to wear immediately after c-section procedure or should be recommended/asked by a doctor?
A: Hi AJ, thank you for your question! C-Panty is designed for post-C-section recovery and is generally safe to wear immediately after the procedure. However, we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider to ensure it's the best option for your specific recovery needs. Q: So I'm at the high end size 16. I'm usually hesitant when they say L/XL 10-16 but XXL fits up to 24. I will tend to have underwear that is tight in the leg openings but if I went up would they be not much compression?
A: Hi SR, C-Panty can run big if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down. For a better idea on which size would be best for you, you may want to use hip and waist measurements. For hips between 41" -45.5", and waist size between 33.5" - 39" you will want the L/XL for hips between 46" - 53.5" and waist size between 39.5" - 45" you will want the 1X/2X size.
