[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second time buying UAG for a tablet device, and I will repeat again next time I upgrade. I am on construction sites and do A LOT of walking and the hand strap is perfect for keeping my tablet safe and easier to hold in the field. This has been the best product I have found on the market for serving its purpose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have bought several of these for our field techs to protect their Microsoft tablets. Love them.

Several things make this a desired choice: 1) it's clear, so I can stick our company stickers on the back of the Surface Pro 7, and they'll shine right through the case at all times, staying protected from wear & tear. 2) it has a nifty 360° rotational hand strap so when you've got it strapped to your palm, it's not stuck in landscape or portrait position. 3) it has a shoulder strap! No more lugging this around beneath your books or within your briefcase, just hang it like a purse and whip it out when needed! 4) it has a latch for the pen, so whenever an employee gets one, they'll have a nifty spot to store it. I'm not yet sure if it charges the tool since I don't have a pen to try it out, but that it even HAS a spot to store it is amazing on its own. I'm simply assuming it charges. 5) there is a nifty little corner strip that keeps the typecover from flopping open. At first, I didn't know what it did, but when you've got the strap hanging off your shoulder, the typecover will flip open and this corner strip simply keeps that from happening. Our employees love this case!

We submited claim through chats board and also email to you that our striong of the Strap was broken and cutoff that we cant use,we also included the foto but till now there is no answer nor advice whatsoever.I even offer to BUY just the Strap only and will not claim for a replacement ,But there is no reply at all. please help to rectify accordingly thank you .kind regards hendrik suhardiman

Considering the surface as a keyboard that "folds" over the screen, the strap on the top right corner of the suite case doesnt quiet holds it there. So some times, the keyboard unfolds. Please improve that on next upgrades

Well designed and high quality product. Fits my Microsoft Surface Pro perfectly! Now I can feel at ease that my tech is protected

The case works ok, The shoulder strap on my old one broke and the strap to hold the keyboard shut does not work, it only covers about an 1/4" of the corner of the keyboard. The keyboard falls open due to the strap not working and falls completely off of the computer getting damaged. I have damaged several keyboards because they fall off and are not held onto the laptop. Both the shoulder strap and keyboard strap broke and there is no way to fix them. Please see picture of Surface Go 2 where I added an additional strap.

The cover is quite heavy. Fit is less than desirable.

Great protective case with a handle when using in tablet form- a must have for anyone using a Pro 7 Surface!

For our needs, this is a great case for handling the tablet one handed. The swivel hand hold is also good for Leftys or Rightys.

I bought this several months ago and it has been great when I do site visits inside the plants of my customers and can easily take notes on my SurfacePro 7+ while in tablet mode and walking.
