Has a slot for the Apple Pencil which is great but the case is too thick on the other side for the pencil to charge. Also the two pieces of the vase separate by the camera hole cutout. Not worth the price.

Very hard to fit iPad into case. Sold for 10.9 inch iPad air however I struggle to get it in and out. pencil generation 2 DOES NOT CHARGE with the case you literally have to struggle to remove the ipad to charge the pencil

Was happy with web site,selections and price but there was something clearly an issue after trying to place ipad in case. Fitment/dimensions specs availiable but didnt fit. Will return it to get one that does.

Case looks nice and is good quality. It’d be nice if the cover would securely close over the iPad screen. Apple Pen 2 does not charge with the case on. Will be returning for this reason as the case is not easy to get iPad Air 2022 in and out to charge the pen.

Fits the device securely and has openings that are specific to the size and positioning of the speakers and the camera. Puts the screen to sleep and wakes it when the foilio is opened or closed, and can be folded into a stand. 2nd gen pencil slots into a channel along the spine easily. Looks classy, but has a rubberized texture that doesn't slide and has resisted scratches well.

The case itself is nice and sleek and I like how it props up. Downside, like other reviewers mentioned, is the fact that it will not let you charge your Apple Pencil. That was the biggest reason I even got a new case, so bad on me for not looking up reviews before purchasing. It’s inconvenient to have to remove my iPad every time I have to charge my pencil. Not sure if I can even return it now.

The case looks great, very sleek and comfortable for easy access or putting away in a bag. The only thing i wish that this would’ve mentioned is that the Apple Pencil holder is for the 1st generation, and it won’t charge the pencil through the case. The magnets still hold it but the pencil won’t charge until you take the iPad back out of the case and fully connect them. That’s my biggest downfall.. why would I want a case I have to continually take off for my other accessories to charge.. I feel that’s something that should’ve been said. The point was for the iPad to be secure on the go, not out of the case.

the apple pencil doesn’t charge though the case! as a big fan of the apple pencil i got a case that you’ll hold it as i use my ipad an a lot of places and i don’t want it to get bumped off and lost. not only, is the pencil holder on the wrong side of the ipad, the screen cove things is horrible! you can hold the device upside down and the cover will fall. i’m not sure if it has magnets in it but if it does they are horribly weak! absolutely do not get this case is not worth it

It’s not like the worse thing ever but it’s very hard to get in and off which could be a good or bad thing but if you have an Apple Pencil you have to take the iPad out of the case to charge it. It won’t charge through the case

Case was not thought out very well for apple pencil users. I would not recommend this case due to the fact that the only think i liked about it was the viewing adjustability of the case. I assume the person buying the case will soon get an apple pencil, for they don’t want to have an empty pocket space so think before purchasing.

I was really excited for this purchase because it was affordable and just what I was looking for my iPad Air (4th gen). Unfortunately that excitement didn’t last long as I realized the apple pen holder was on the left side instead of the right, but I thought I could still work with that by only charging my pencil when it was needed. Unfortunately while I have the case on the pen does not charge at all, the only way is to take off the case which pretty much defeats the purpose. I would not recommend unless you don’t use an Apple Pencil at all.

Minimal bulk, stylish enough for the price Apple Pencil 2 won’t charge unless you remove the iPad from the case. There is a cut out where the NFC sensor/magnet is, and it holds the Apple Pencil just fine. But no matter what I do it doesn’t register or charge it.
