Awesome dry brined! You gotta try it!
This is a fabulous cut of meat, highly recommend it dry brined, dry it off with paper towels, season it, and let it sit in the fridge for 20 to 30 hours. Then let it come up to room temperature before cooking. Superb!

The price is ridiculous! Increased by $8 in one week. Local butcher and grocery store have not changed the price. Way to lose a loyal customer Target! Won't be shopping at Target any more. Will make sure to tell everyone I know what a rip-off Target is.

Quality meat selctions
Although I shop quite often at target, very seldom have I gotten the meat. I decided to get a ribeye this weekend. Delicious!!! Very good quality and nice marbling, and super tender. I will definitely make future purchases of the meat. To me, it was fresher than my local grocery store.
