Dig a hole about a foot deep and a foot wide. Set the plant in the hole, and fill it half full with soil. Water. After water is drained, fill the rest of the hole with the remaining soil. Then water thoroughly again and continue doing so regularly. Fertilization may be necessary.

Description

It draws in much wildlife with its yellow to bright red blossoms. This beauty grows in nearly every state in the US. Because of its versatility and abundance, growing and caring for them is easy. Honeysuckles can be grown as a ground cover but do best grown on a sturdy fence, post or trellis. NOTE: What we ship is two year old ROOT STOCK, ranging 12-18 inches in height and is not a fully grown foliated potted plant. They can also be grown in containers or in a large hanging basket. Using a standard item in an unusual way can really make this plant special.
