It tasted good but had a slight aftertaste. Looks helpful and pending it working is worth it. Haven't taken it long enough to know the effects yet.

I noticed a clear change; I am definitely more energetic and less sleepy as compared to before. The ingredients are amazing! The ingredients of iodine, sea moss, and ashwagandha are very beneficial to the thyroid. It also includes copper and selenium for thyroid function. I also like they are gluten free.
