My first purchase of Veggie Pasta was the sweet potato penne… I served it with steak and salad although you get a full serving of veggies with this pasta. I love the fact that this pasta is gluten free and non-GMO. It’s actually good for you and a tasty side dish no matter what else you cook.. Definitely making this a staple in my family meals!

The texture felt too hard after cooking as instructed and the taste was just ok. I prefer to stick to my usual whole grain pasta that I know everyone will eat.

You can also make Mac and cheese with this pasta as well. It’s a healthy way to make sure you get to eat your favorite foods.
