Vego Garden Retractable Hose Reel Set

We recently purchased the 100 ft Seaweed Green Retractable Hose Reel Set and are less than satisfied with your product. We previously purchased a Hoselink Retractable Hose set, but thought we’d try yours as we liked the color and price. There is an issues we have with your product: The hose is very difficult to pull out from the reel. It’s like being in a “tug of war”. I have to use two hands and a lot of effort to pull out the hose. With the Hoselink, I can easily pull it out with one hand. No so with the Vego. Perhaps, over time, it will become easier to pull out, but for now, it’s a pain.

This reel set makes my garden neat and tidy. Our old hose was heavy and we would leave it laying around and we'd trip over it. This hose retracts back into the reel fast! It's light weight making watering fast and easy!

Hose management sucks. This reel takes the worst part, putting the hose away, and automates it. Quality product. Just remember to hang on when this thing retracts!

Paid extra $40 compare to Vego company Original price, still delivered damaged item.

We love our vego garden hose. It is so convenient and has worked amazingly. I would recommend and purchase again.

Sorry, I have not been able to have a helper to install my hose yet. 😞

We attached it to a wooden post. It easily retracts after using and has its home tucked away in our muscadine grape plants. I love the avocado color and couldn’t be happier with this purchase! It is on sale now, if on the fence I would encourage you to buy it and make your life easier.

Fantastic product! I used the mounting post for the hose reel so it was easy to install. I love that I can go anywhere in my yard with the hose. I love the sprayer, it pretty much handles any spray pattern you need. Great product!

The Vego retractable hose is so helpful in our yard and garden. No more tangled hose on the ground to trip over. We love it!

This hose reel isn't just handy, it's tidy and keeps my hose organized and my yard clutter free. The self retracting reel means I don't have to argue with my hose about where to go and my yard doesn't have random dead grass from the old hose laying on it.

I absolutely love my retractable hose (130' sage green)! My garden areas are about 75' apart so this hose allows me to water both areas with a minimum of effort. Also, huge timesaver having the retractable hose roll itself back up!

I recently retired and want to spend more of my free time in the garden. Hated the chore of wrestling the heavy, dirty hose across the yard and back after watering. Loved the ease and simplicity of the retractable reel so much that we bought two more! Game-changer!! I can save these tired old hands for planting, harvesting and fun stuff. (Bonus that we can mount them different ways and they come in different colors. Incognito and sturdy!)

While I appreciate the retraction and the longer length I am extremely dissapointed that the hose kinks and the knozzle leaks. It started leaking around the sprayer, now it leaks around the on/off lever so I need to turn it off at the house as soon as I am done because the on/off lever no longer works. I have only been using this hose since mid july.

Best hose reel yet. I have tried four others, and this is by far the best. I love that it doesn’t drag on the ground, destroying the nearby plants. Retracts easily, and isnt too heavy.

I’ve been using the Vego hose for a month now and loving it. Watering my plants make it very easy now.
