Be very careful with this product. Yesterday, I was trying to change the razor head and the plastic cover came off - it's very difficult to get the head off and takes a lot of force. The razor cut a vertical line straight down my thumb - a deep cut that needed stitches/glue. I also needed a tetanus shot. I'm now left without the use of my right thumb, which is making it difficult for me to do basic things or work since I have to wear a giant splint, as it will take quite a bit of time to heal. Also, a few weeks ago, one of the blades left multiple cuts on my face. While I found it to be mostly effective, I can't recommend this product.

The item works well when used carefully. But the razor head is very difficult to change. I even tried pliers and couldnt get it off!!!!!

I bought this yesterday and tried it after washing my face. I was attempting to get some dry skin off of my nose, and two slivers of my skin were sliced off even though I was barely using pressure. I've used other brands of dermaplanes in the past with no issue: the blades on the Gillette version are jagged and painful.

Love, love, love this product. I have tried other brands with no luck. My face would get all scratched up and bleed. I received dermaplaning from a professional. It gets to be expensive. I needed to try another at home option. After reading the reviews, I purchsed the Venus dermaplaning kit. Wow is all I can say. The dead skin and facial hair that came off was amazing. Unbelievable really. I love this product. I will continue to use Venus brand. Thank you Venus for selling a product that really works!

Loved the product, works great until you need to change the blades which is not an easy process! Unfortunately as i was trying to remove the old blade the plastic cover slipped off and sliced open my fingertip which is quite painful! They need to find another way to remove the old blade for replacement, it is somewhat a difficult attachment to remove And the instructions are not very helpful Not sure that i want to continue to use this anymore Very disappointed Hopefully i don't need any sutures Awaiting for my husband to get home since he is a surgeon This just happened Love to try a different product for derma-planning

Most of them leave razor burn on your skin especially around your upper lip, this one did not. It is easy to use and safe! The contour of the handle makes it extremely easy to hold. It also comes with a cover that snaps on the blade and a spare razor :)

In the eyebrow area or upper lip area this works great to get the fine hairs with our shaving with a razor. My skin has not been cut or scraped whoch is nice.

It is shaped to fit nicely and comfortably in your hand for easy control. Word of advice be careful around hair you don't want to lose or you just might lose the end of an eyebrow. Like I said, it's sharp.

However this facial razor was easy to use and with each use became easier to use. The nerves I had also became less as I was more comfortable using.

It's great for removing unwanted facial hair and exfoliates at the same time. The rounded tip provides extra protection so you feel safe using it.

It's great for getting surface hairs, but for more rigid hairs, you will still need tweezers. If you are looking to clean some facial hair quickly, this is a great tool.

I have read reviews about pressing too hard and damaging my skin, so I never press hard. I was so happy when this tool arrived because I can use the light pressure I feel comfortable with and get amazing results. My face looks and feels so smooth after using this product. I use it once a week and add a light moisturizer after and have such a glowing face. Highly recommended! Oh and it comes with an extra blade!
