This tool is fantastic. Clearly based on some of these reviews some people shouldn’t be left alone with razor blades. If you are unsure how to dermaplane you should leave this to the professionals. A razor blade is sharp, period. The blade works well and I have been able to use it several times before replacing it. I see reviews of people cutting themselves changing the blade. Just leave the cap on and I use my nail right at the base of where it’s connected (with the protector cap on) and it pops right off with zero risk of cutting myself. For a DYI home blade, it’s excellent. Be safe people, be safe.

First time dermaplaning. Was super nervous. I googled and YouTube'd until my brain hurt. This product Simplified the process. I cleaned my faced, used witchhazel, then got to shaving. The fuzzy that came off my face was astounding. Three tiny Knicks under chin area. Face smooth. Used my sensitive skin moisturizer. Face felt kind of tender for a couple of days. Looking forward to seeing how professional makeup application lays on it now. Hello 60.

Feels really nicely balanced and substantial in hand for such a small tool. I bought it before I read the other reviews, so was then terrified of removing the blade and anticipated a struggle; but I just put my thumb nail in the join between the 2 pieces and it literally flipped off.

This facial razor works well for me and hasn't caused irritation. I use it for dermaplaning, and don't find that it drags or catches like some others can. I feel that I can get a few uses out of each cartridge before the blade dulls, which is great.

Bought this because they didn't have Schick Hydro dermaplaning wand. This is not as sharp so I ended up with razor bumps. Also, the top of blade has a thick plastic buffer at the top which I did not like. Most blades are either full metal or the buffer is as thin as the blade. If you have sideburns or baby hairs you're cutting around, the plastic is in the way

Then, use short, gentle strokes in the direction of hair growth which is often downwards. When you feel the blade start to dull, move onto the next one. I had been using a different brand that had no 'guard' covering the tip so it would leave deep scratches. When I bought this I was happy to see that should no longer happened due to the plastic covering the tip, and became excited to use this going forward in my face care routine. However, the second cartridge/blade that came with mine was faulty and I didn't realize until after I started using it. Reference the photo; I ended up injuring my face pretty badly, worse than any cut from the different brands I previously used. This injury is clearly from the fault in the cartirdge as seen in the photo. This instance was disappointing because I really like this facial razor, I'm hoping this was a one-off and isn't a problem I'll run into with future replacement cartridges.

This is SO easy to use and so effective! I’ve been insecure about light blonde hair on my upper lip and along my jawline for years. One of my friends recommended dermaplaning to me when I was complaining about it so I decided to give it a shot. I was so nervous for some reason, but this tool is insanely easy to use and works so well. It took maybe 5 minutes to go over my entire face. My skin feels amazing and no more hairs to be insecure about!

I am new to the dermaplaning world. I bought one of those IPL hair removal gadgets that require you to shave before each treatment. I bought some cheap dermaplaners and they would barely do the job. After some research, this brand had the highest marks for mid price range. After a few treatments, the blade is still sharp and can go a little before I will replace the blade. Handle has nice weight. The refills aren’t too pricey either. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try! Super for face, upper lip, and chin. I would not try to use around eyebrows as the blade is longer for that area then I can manage.

I bought this because I was getting tired of using Nair. I just didn’t like how I had to wait and then use it again for hairs that didn’t come off in the first place. I used it on my upper lip and it worked great. It really took the hair off and left my skin softer than Nair did. This is a great product. I will continue to use this instead. I will be buying extra blades.

I’ve been dermaplaning for 2 years now and these are my favorite razors to use. Reading some of the reviews makes me want to remind whoever wants to buy that you can only use the razor once and then you need to replace the head! I was hesitant to buy at first because of the price but they give me better results than the single use ones you buy in a pack.
Just like the med-spa treatments BUT know what you're doing!!!

I've been getting dermaplane facials from an Atlanta med-spa for years. Incredible skin revitalizing results and the side benefit of removing fuzz. Struggled to find the same level of care and reasonable prices in South Florida so I decided to try this. I am getting great results BUT WARNING. You need to know what you're doing because it is SHARP. My suggestion is you have a professional dermaplaning and ask questions before you try this. L

I purchased this to shave the hair on my face. It’s a great razor, but leaves bumps and rusts quickly.

Rinse it after each use and allow it to dry with the blade face-up.
