Beautiful but do not plan on using it as a backpack.
I love the size, material and quality of the bag but the backpack straps are worthless. The will not atay in place so I will have to figure out how to modify a brand new bag. Your design team failed on this one!

Not usable :(
Cutest bag! Love it. HOWEVER, it's useless. The straps do not stay in place. The little clasps that keep the straps secured DO NOT HOLD. It's so unfortunate that one little clasp makes this bag useless. Please fix it.

Poor design
I like the size and it looks very durable. However, the straps to wear the bag as a backpack don’t allow you to make them shorter as they won’t stay in place. Appears to be a poor job when the straps were designed. I will be retry the bag. Very disappointed in this product.

Great Duffle
Roomie duffle, water resistant material, zipper pockets, basic backpack straps with a handle at the vertical. I'm very disappointed. I would rate this duffle much higher but whoever owned this before me left some very personal items in it and the folks at Vera Bradley DID NOT do their jobs well enough checking ALL the pockets. I understand the space to sell returned items. But PLEASE check the bags thoroughly before reselling.

Buckle Issues
Cute, quality fabric. Great size. Unfortunately, the strap buckles won't lock in place so the straps had to be sewn in place. It's annoying and disappointing.

Beautiful awesome bag but seriously flawed
I love this bag but the "adjustable straps" for your shoulders do not hold. There is nothing in the sliders/fasteners they go through that stops the strap. You can "tighten" it up but it immediately moves right back out. There is about a 1/4" gap/space in between the sliders/fasteners at the end of each strap. Makes the bag basically useless.

Love the size but the tightness of the backpack straps does not stay tight. It will slide all the way back down. I'm 5 ft and so it sits way to low on my back for my comfort
