Kinda tough to chew. Purchased two packages and each were the same. Prefer the ribeye over the sirloin.

Really delicious. I keep buying this every week. That’s how good it is. And I drive across town to a different target just to get it! So happy we tried this brand!

Good juicy steaks. Nice flavor. I cook mine medium rare. 5 minutes on each side and then let rest 5 minutes

Amazingly priced and great quality. Will definitely be purchasing again.

Unfortunately, the flavor and texture didn’t live up to expectations. The steak was noticeably lean for a ribeye, with very little marbling, which made it tougher and drier than I’d like — even when cooked medium-rare. While I appreciate the commitment to organic and grass-fed practices, this cut lacked the tenderness and rich flavor I usually look for in a ribeye. It wasn’t inedible by any means, but not something I’d purchase again at this price. There are better-tasting options out there, even within the grass-fed category.

Terrible; wasn’t expired but it smelt funny and didn’t eat it. Won’t buy again.

Very thick and juicy and we didn’t have to cut off any fat pieces to discard wasting half of the steak as other brands tend to do. If I were to buy steaks again, I would definitely purchase these.

It turned out great, it was tender and had great flavor. I also really liked that the packaging made it easy to cut out one piece, while keeping the other intact for another meal.

Although there are so many ways to cook this juicy steak, I still love to slice it by many thin pieces and serve it with a bowl of spicy instant noodle. It is so DELICIOUS!!! It is also great combination for a bowl of BUN BO HUE or PHO.

I have to say, I was a little skeptical based off of the packaging, but after opening it up and letting them sit in the counter for a half hour before throwing them in the grill my worries disappeared. How they’re packaged allows them to stay incredibly fresh and prevents any of that funky smell you can get when opening other plastic wrapped steaks. I salted one side and threw them on the grill for 7 minutes on each side to get a nice medium rare finish. They were delicious and perfectly portioned. I will definitely be purchasing some more!
