Instructions are totally not helpful, and they show a bunch of boards marked by letters in the Instructions. You have to count the holes in them to figure out which is which, as all the boards in the pictures have screw holes. When you go to screw the flat boards for the seat, you see little indentations, so you have to drill the holes. As far as the cushions , I weigh 120 pounds, and when I sat down, all I could feel was the boards. Spent half the time trying to figure out which boards to use. You'd think they would have marked them with letters like in the Instructions.
