Poor quality
Just few months and it’s recliner was damaged. Now I can not sit straight on the chair and the back support always gets pushed back. Even the seat and handles got flattened out, taking away comfort you would expect from the chair.

It looks very nice and professional but it’s kind of a piece of junk. Only had it for 6 weeks and it’s falling apart and not super comfortable.

Not suitable for the vertically challenged
Very comfortable but not suitable for those around 5’1”. Will end up needing to purchase a foot rest. Also hard to assemble.
