A Rip Off
Bought this for a Christmas gift this year for a family member, but when they opened it half the card's numbers, 3 digit pin and expiration were so badly scratched the card itself is unreadable. It's incredible frustrating and now we're out a gift and I'm out over $100.

There are limitations on where you can use these cards which can be annoying, but I've been buying these cards for years with no issues. The majority of these bad reviews are from scammers trying to get a free gift card.

It's scratched
I bought one of these the last week and today when I opened to use at amazon. The card had their last four numbers scratched off and the security code was scratched off too. Company deemed them compromised- luckily. The package were sealed when purchased.

Not completed uet charged item
This order was placed for email delivery and despite the fact that it was screwed up for shipping which it says takes over a week and HAS NOT Shipped has not been able to be cancelled and handle correctly. Fix the problem and either expedite physical shipping or cancel and send via email.

Scam and Fraud
Absolute scam. The cards don’t work, and when you try to call to resolve, you are dragged along in hopes you will give up, and the company will steal your money. I’m surprised this company is in business still (InComm). Just give cash, it’s way more secure.

Scam
All the reviews and complaints are valid. The card is not usable and is a huge scam. It's not worth the hassle. It was given as a gift, so I had no purchase receipt. It's not worth giving my personal information to the number on the back of the card to possibly get scammed again.

Be Careful buying it
I would NOT recommend buying this they are distributed by InComm, somehow the card got tampered with while the packaging looks sealed, someone purposely keyed half the card number and security code. I called the Visa Gift card customer service number, they then transferred me to InComm, they verified the card hasn’t been used yet, and they froze the card. I then have to submit documents that I am the purchaser, which is logical. It takes 30 days for them to review the case and if they would reissue the Gift card. Be careful when purchasing. This company seems very iffy, Gift card companies make money off unused funds. I don’t expect to get a refund. Target can’t do anything to help us because they are just the middleman. How many people would give up and not call? It was an unfortunate incident as it was a gift to someone, so I end up just doing a different type of Gift card once the person told me that it had been tampered with the card.

DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE SCAMS!
They can not be used anywhere. Not even largest retailer in the World, Amazon. Spent 45 minutes on phone with Amazon, they can not get it to work. It can't be set up as a payment method. Chatted with Target, the don't want to help till they have your email...get bent... Then told me to call Amazon after telling them I already spent 45 minutes talking top the. An actual human at Amazon, BTW. These are scams and am I out $50. Also, # on back of card allows no acces to a human, so NO help is available!
