I don't always get the recommended nutrition that I need every day and these vitamins help fill in the gap for me. I feel like I'm getting all of the missing vitamins in these 2 gummies every day. They come in citrus berry flavor, I take 2 every morning with my regular meds and a glass of water. They taste great and are easy to chew as they are very soft. I can tell the difference because I have more energy and I feel less lethargic. I plan to keep taking these to stay healthy and stronger.

Great for keeping you nutrition levels up

The size was good as well, and seemed to be a good replacement or supplement for a multivitamin, looking at the ingredients. I do wish it was sugar free, so maybe that might be something to consider.
