I like the texture and don’t feel they are too chewy or stick to your teeth but did think they were a bit sticky which might of just been a bit of moisture. I thought the taste was very tangy so basically sweet and sour but has a nice fruity flavor which all of this is to be expected since it is citrus berry flavor and is pretty accurate taste wise. I’m not sure if they help or not because I don’t feel any different but I’m glad to know I’m at least getting a good amount of daily vitamin intake through taking them.

As soon as you open the bottle you can smell the gummies and they definitely dont smell the greatest or very appealing. They have a good gummie consistency not really sticky but kind of dense. The first chew you can taste the vitamins moxed in and just a hint of fruit. Dont know if they help any as i haven't finished the bottle yet but dont think ill be buying these again.

The first thing I noticed was the brightly colored and easy to open bottle. The gummies are citrus berry flavor and they have a huge pop of citrus flavor to them that I really like. They taste good and are easy to chew. I regularly take a multivitamin which has most of the same vitamins and minerals included as this one. I don’t currently take a GLP-1, so I don’t know that I would switch to this over my current multivitamin as I don’t see any additional benefit for me. Overall though, it is a great tasting gummy and if I were taking a GLP-1 I would take this vitamin.
