    Extensively Helpful Across the Board

    I am a female bodybuilder with h-eds and a full-time college student. There is no lack of stress and chronic fatigue in my life, and since starting Vitality I have noticed my mood improving from a general decrease in fatigue. I also take Fortify and Lunar, so those have also helped! I have increased stress and mood dysregulation due to Nexplanon hormonal birth control, and Vitality makes a decent impact on managing those symptoms alongside other supplements and management techniques. I consider it a staple and non-negotiable supplement.

    Amazing energy and focus!

    I have really been enjoying taking these in the morning before work! Even though I'm dieting I don't feel like I need additional caffeine to get through the day. I've been able to focus more at work and getting things done! It jittery at all. Feel like it's my secret weapon!

    Vitality

    I'm a young female, 27, very active and busy. I have days where I find it hard to get going & taking this along with the ascend product helps me stay on track for handling the day to day. I do not take the full dose. Again, I am female and petite. So I take 1 pill. & it causes major stomach upset. That is the only downside. Besides the laxative effect, I really enjoy what this product does for me. As a Bjj practitioner & engineering student, it really helps with my mood & energy. I advise to take this early as possible otherwise you will not be able to sleep. Unless you completely wear your self out.

    So far so good!

    I've been using Vitality for a few weeks now and it seems to really be helping with my focus and energy especially when levels of stress are high and sleep is less than ideal. Definitely going to keep this in my arsenal of daily supplements.

    Careful

    I should've read the reviews. These had no affect and may have missed up my personal hormone levels, causing a high dheas level that prompted extensive bloodwork and adrenal testing. I love Legion but these are potent, especially if younger. Sadly won't open my 2nd bottle (bought 2 with high hopes) but maybe it'd be good for my parents. . . .

    Discontinuing Use

    I tried Vitality a couple years ago and didn't notice benefits. Having learned more about the ingredients and potential benefits, I wanted to give it another shot. This time I noticed a constant low-level crankiness (probably a side effect of rhodiola), so I am discontinuing use.
