Taste terrible but do seem to work
They do seem to work, whether that’s from the ingredients or the horrible taste I’m not sure. They taste pretty good at first, berry flavor is pretty strong and very sweet. After a few seconds though they taste like how inflatable pool tubes smell.

Flavor is great!
Does it actually curb cravings? For the most part I think so. I was craving something sweet or salty and I put one of these on my tongue and I don’t crave as much now. But this taste good so I almost crave more of these! 😂

So far so good. I’ve been using these in the morning between breakfast and lunch and again in the afternoon after work to hold me over until dinner. The sweetness definitely helps curb my sugar cravings, which is the main reason I got them. They do take a little longer to dissolve than I expected and you kind of have to move them around your mouth with your tongue, which is a little annoying but not a dealbreaker. Flavor is not great, but it’s not awful either. More of a functional than enjoyable experience. I’ve only been using them for about a week so I’m still figuring out how effective they are long term, but for now they seem to be doing what I wanted.

Fatigue + Doesnt Work
Didn’t work, I took two throughout the day and ate just as much, if anything they just made me slightly nauseated dizzy and tired.

Obsessed
These have been a Godsend for me with my nighttime cravings and hunger! I have always managed to push through them, but man was it a battle…the food noise was so loud. Now, there is ZERO food noise. ZERO battle. Every night, I take one of the strips before my shower and I am good to go!They are now a permanent part of my nightly routine. I. AM. OBSESSED.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a complimentary tin of the Cravings Quick Melt Strips to try before they were released and I was excited and grateful to be given this opportunity! Unfortunately, the strips did not work for me :( The berry flavor wasn’t bad except for the slight medicinal taste it left behind once the strip was fully dissolved. The taste was easily washed away with a sip of water. While I am disappointed that these didn’t work for me, I hope they do provide cravings support for others. Thank you Love Wellness for giving me the opportunity to try them, I appreciate it!

Terrible Taste
I am pro chromium and if you can tolerate the taste, you might like these. One of the worst things I have tasted in a long time. It also stayed in my mouth for what felt like forever no matter what I drank. Would love if all of these quick strips came without overpowering flavors.

Great taste & easy to keep on the go
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, these taste much better than I imagined. They remind me of a fruit roll up. I like the case they come in. It’s small and easy to throw in your purse. I use the for that late afternoon time at work after lunch when I’m starving and counting down the time to go home. Think they may have helped a bit.
