A: Hi there! Absolutely- please feel free to dilute the shots with water, or OJ. Just make sure to shake them before so you can get all of the beneficial nutrients that sometimes settle at the bottom as sediment. :)

This product taste HORRIBLE. It also burns your throat if your throat is already a little raw for whatever reason. I LOVE black pepper, but I feel this could use a little less of that.

I really wanted to love this. So many great reviews and it looked like something that would be easy to take on tournament weekends or before traveling, but it makes me sick to my stomach within 15 minutes every time I've taken it so far.
