Okay I love these but I would just like to point out that this has THIRTY GRAMS OF GINGER IN IT. The daily recommendation is like 3-4 grams… if you take these every day your stomach will start to rumble uncontrollably lmao at least mine did… the good thing tho is since it’s about 10x what U need/ will be affective in a day, you can split this shot into 2, 3 or even 4 doses… too much ginger actually can cause upset stomach… still I love these esp cause it’s basically 3 for 1 when u realize it’s 30 grams of ginger (if that really is accurate but it does taste like that’s accurate)

I almost got the cayenne version. Thank God I didn't. Much smaller than I expected. If you're comfortable with chewing on a slice of ginger, you'll like it. I do appreciate ginger but this is pretty strong. Also, turmeric absorbs better with a fat, like butter or eggs. And it's amplified by a bit of black pepper. A little full fat cottage cheese with some coarse black pepper on it along with this would do the trick.

Obviously I wasn’t expecting this to taste great, but I really didn’t think it would taste this bad. It was spicy and had a disgusting taste that lingered. I could barely finish the small amount that’s in the bottle. I had to eat and drink stuff afterwards to try to get rid of the awful taste.

Ok don’t judge me… but, I was a coffee-first-thing-in-the-morning person before work and over time, it destroyed me. By 9 am I was dizzy and lightheaded. I made the switch to the wellness shots on an empty stomach and then eating my yogurt right after. It has done wonders for me. I’m so glad I gained some common sense!! I feel great!

Not a fan of the taste/flavor. It has a strong flavor. But its ok since you can drink it in two or three shots. Wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t like spicy food. It could be a little to harsh for your stomach if you have gastritis.
