Dont ever sign up for a subscription. If you ever need to change or update your order it is impossible to do on the website. I guess they figure most people just give up and keep on paying the price. I had to cancel my credit card to get it to stop.

I'm sure it's a healthy drink. I've taken turmeric supplements everyday for years now with no side effects. It does leave a hot burning sensation in the back of your throat, which disappears pretty quickly. It doesn't taste very good either. But I thought it's healthy so I'll be fine. And then the diarrhea started which I did not at first contribute to the shot. Next day, drink another shot, followed few hours later by uncontrollable diarrhea. As I write this, it has been a day filled with running to the bathroom. So they really should put that on the label that it can cause diarrhea because if I would have known that, I wouldn't have drank it.

This really burns a lot going down so I try to chug it quickly in a couple sips. I think its the black pepper that makes it so spicy. Its not a bad taste, just a strong kick. I have covid right now and i had one yesterday with dinner and really did feel a boost afterward. Woke up feeling stronger but we will see as this progresses if it will contonie to help long term.

Anytime I start to get sick I take this shot then follow immediately with water. When paired with a steamer and eucalyptus essential oil I really start to feel better.
