Quit working in minutes
Cute but stopped working after just minutes of use. Also doesn't really wave when it is working, it just stayed straight up. Cute idea poorly executed.

Mostly Stationary, little motion
Inflatable Mini Tubeman has a fan that is pretty loud when sitting next to it. It has very little movement, stays upright and doesnt wiggle around. Not very durable, must be careful handling or risk ripping the fabric from the fan.
