It connects wirelessly with a 2.4 ghz USB receiver, takes one AA battery, and has a scroll wheel that is easy to use with an ergonomically designed grip. It is made of plastic that doesn’t seem the strongest, so I’m not sure how durable it will longterm. It is an easy plug and play design so you are up and running right away. I love the way it looks and how easy it is to use.

You just add a battery and plug the accompanying piece into a USB port then let your computer install the files for the mouse and it's ready to use The wheel turns smoothly and the buttons are easy to click It's just the right size for my grandsons little hands to use
