Vollum Turning Vegetable Spiral Slicer with 1 Straight-Edged Blade and 3 Serrated Blades Made in Taiwan Great for creating garnish for drinks, sushi and salad, this turning slicer has one straight-edge blade for making wide slices and three different serrated blades (to insert when needed for making fine, medium or coarse garnishes, according to the number of teeth on the blade (more teeth meaning narrower spaces for finer strands) Stainless steel blades, durable ABS and nylon-reinforced resin body, with two adjacent anti-skid rubber feet on one side of cutter and two adjacent projections on other side of cutter that, when placed over edge of table or cutting board, keep the cutter from sliding forward when you press into the handle to keep the food in place. The straight-edge blade is attached to the slicer by screws. The serrated blades are, when needed, inserted into a slot built into the slicer and clamped in place by turning the tightening screw that juts out the side of the slicer.
