These are good to go. I mean look, I don't want to spend 5 minutes fiddling with casings and knives every time I want to get my snack on any more than I want to know how the sausage itself is made. The 'grip it and rip it' concept of a pacakge full of pre-sliced salami nuggs really stands out in the broader world of stuffy, ornate, and exorbitantly priced salami products. A little pricey, sure, but how much is your time worth?

These nuggets are the perfect addition to a lunch or a charcuterie board. It gives business in the front and party in the back kind of vibes. Kids and adults love them alike and I can’t wait to incorporate them into some of my holiday appetizers. Quick, easy and delicious! Although I can’t find them at my local target, the cross-town trek is worth it for these.
