Buy a different chair
Shipping delayed from eureka, came 10 days after original date, quality of the chair is very cheap, holes don’t line up when putting it together and plastic is very flimsy. Probably won’t last more than a year…

Arm broke off!
Less than 1 month into owning it (and not being particularly tough on it), the arm just fell off! There is no way to put it back on! It WAS a comfortable chair. Now it is garbage and in order to get my refund, I have to physically bring it back for a return! What a waste of time and resources!
