Moisture boost for chemically damaged strands

I applied this leave-in with a shower cap and a few minutes of gentle heat to help it soak into my low porosity strands, which now behave more like high porosity due to chemical damage. It melted in well and left my hair feeling soft, smooth, and easy to work with. No filmy residue or tackiness — just a light, moisturized feel that held up through styling. I appreciate that it works well with heat but doesn’t need a long session to activate. Definitely helps with moisture retention on fragile hair.

It's an okay product

The product did help with detangling my hair, but it did not moisturize my hair. I am not going to say the product is bad, it is just not for me. I wouldn't recommend this product to anybody who is sensitive to smells. The smell was a bit strong for me and it smelled like medicine to me. For reference, I have 3c and 4b fine low porosity hair.
