My husband is an iron mill worker and it is always over 100 degrees inside the building. This product helps him stay hydrated without all the extra calories and junk in the other brands. The taste is great and convenient to carry in his lunch. I would highly recommend this for anyone that has hydration issues!!

I tried Waterboy Weekend Recovery after my brother recommended it to me. He works outside in landscaping and swears by these. I normally drink Liquid IV so I was interested in trying a different formula. After one order of Waterboy, I have been converted! I drink a lot of electrolytes, so I know they are salty, but this takes it to a new level. I felt like I was drinking straight out of the ocean where a single “blue raspberry” was floating by for a whisper of flavor. Personally, I would not buy again.

I have postural Orthostatic tachycardia syndrome and to help with our symptoms we have to increase our sodium intake from 5000-10000 mg. I hate taking pills and this stuff have been a life saver! Delicious and I get what I need so I don’t have as many flare ups!!

I struggle hydration I swear it doesn’t matter how much water I drink. I run and struggle with low blood pressure so hydration is so important. I start every morning with some sort of waterboy packet in a bottle of water and then just sip my normal water through the day and I don’t have any issues with hydration throughout the rest of the day no matter my activity level. I notice my muscle recovery is way better to!

Love this product! Definitely helps on the mornings that had one too many glasses of wine the night before. I didn’t love the lemon ginger flavor, it was ok, but my second bag I got the blue raspberry and I love it!
