I actually do keto and have noticed that I randomly fall asleep for a few seconds, even while I'm in mid conversation, and figured out its a lack of electrolytes. This product is amazing and just what the (non doctor) ordered. It works great and keeps my body supplied and works fast

I struggle with drinking just water & a few months ago had complications with dehydration. I tried a few other brands, but ultimately landed on Waterboy. Best flavors & best results ! 10 out of 10 recommend. IMO the Weekend Recovery is on the salty side, so if that’s not something you’re into, go for the Workout Recovery or Daily Hydration - both great products as well!

This has saved me so many times.Miami dolphins stadium in one of the hottest games of the year, after having a few too many at the lake, during a long day of working outside on top of using during workouts. Thus has been shared to friends and family who have dehydrated headaches and passed to others who have a priority to find clean options. Ive even shared with my sister and mom who have POTS and ither auto immune issues. This one takes the cake. Better than all the others ive had and ordered. I keep coming back to water boy. Thank you!

I've very much been enjoying the on-the-go hydration from waterboy. The flavor is just right! I have POTS and have tried at least a dozen electrolyte drink mixes and this is by far my favorite. The ingredients are pretty clean and has a great amount of sodium. I hope to a wide variety of flavors in the future.

This is the best thing. I suffer from severe hangovers, usually waking up at 5am with the WORST anxiety , nausea, etc. Liquid IV, gatorade, etc never helped. This had me waking up like I never drank. No anxiety or nausea in the morning. 100% recommend.

I’ve tried all of the hydration packets out there, and nothing compares to waterboy. I have POTS and super low blood pressure so I need to drink a lot of water with lots of salt, and water boys have seriously been an absolute game changer with my health and actually keeping me hydrated. I make all of my friends drink them whenever they come over and every single person is always blown away with how good they feel after they drink it!!
