  • A: We don't use that one specifically but one that came with our diaper bag and have had no issues. I will say that at times the issue we have is that they are difficult to dispense BUT I do not mind at all because we absolutely love these wipes!!!

    They now contain benzalkonium chloride

    These wipes used to be just water and fruit extract. They were thick and perfect! They now contain benzalkonium chloride and they have changed the consistency of the wipe. How do they still have the eczema association label? This is found from a simple Google search… benzalkonium chloride is a sensitizer especially dangerous for people with asthma or skin conditions such as eczema. I have a whole case to throw away. Glad I noticed the change immediately before putting it on my kiddos skin.

    Great wipes

    Why do they put this only in the baby isle? It works so well on adults. I like it better than the other brands advertised for adults. The moisture level and the thickness are perfect. I don't have a baby but I would definitely use them on a baby!

    These are the best non-toxic hand wipes on the market. Just 99.o% water and .01% grapefruit oil. They clean and refresh quickly, quick drying and leave zero reside. Inuse these especially before eating or handling foods, since there are no chemicals to worry about.

    bad packaging and function.

    the wipes themselves are good. however, the packaging is terrible. the plastic packaging rips when you first open it, ruining the resealing function. also, the wipes do not pull the next wipe. you have to fish out another wipe from the package. the next wipe does not pop up easily like it should.

    Pass for me

    Had a weird smell like it is alcohol. Smell inside the actual package. Not the wipe once it’s out. All that aside this was a substitution from a target shopper I didn’t decline quickly enough before getting stuck with them. Never would I spend almost $20 on 5 packs of wipes that are tiny. Really hard to pull apart while changing. Doesn’t help that the lids are the sticker kind but better quality sticker than most brands so it would seem to last longer but wouldn’t need to when the packs are so small. Unless your baby is less than a month old you wouldn’t want these.

Unlike many wipes, we don’t use added soaps or lubricants to aid dispensing. While these ingredients can help wipes separate more easily, we chose to prioritise skin gentleness. Because of this, you may sometimes notice wipes coming out together rather than one at a time, but also that each wipe is separate. We have already made improvements to help reduce this, but we understand it’s not always perfect and can be frustrating. The good news is that we have been working on a solution to improve dispensing further. After careful development, we’ve found a way to help wipes dispense more smoothly while keeping the same trusted formulation and high standards of purity.  You should start to see improved dispensing from 2027, as this enhancement is introduced.

    Love that these wipes! With only two ingredients (99.9% water and a drop of fruit extract), there are no hidden chemicals, artificial fragrances, parabens, or alcohol that cause that dreaded stinging or redness.     Firstly, I want to reassure you that nothing, absolutely nothing, matters more to us than you or your baby’s skin. Our company was started because of a father’s concern for his daughter’s sensitive skin, so we know how important this is to parents and people who use our products daily. You can find this information on all our old and new packs, trace amounts of Benzalkonium Chloride end up in our product as a result of the manufacturing process of the fruit extract. The level that exists in WaterWipes is extremely small and has no impact on safety of the product. Our wipes contain 0.1% fruit extract which in turn contains trace amounts of Benzalkonium Chloride so the overall content in the finished pack is negligible. To give you an idea, it can also be found in traces within Children’s nasal drops, Children’s plasters and some Baby bum creams. Benzalkonium Chloride is deemed safe by the EU Cosmetics Regulation at levels of 0.1%  (EC 1223/2009). As our product contains a fraction of this maximum limit, within the fruit extract which makes up for 0.1% of our product, it is safe for newborn babies and furthermore is fully compliant with the regulations.   Given the negligible amount of Benzalkonium Chloride in our product, it is not classed as an ingredient. But we believe in this day and age that companies owe it to their customers to declare information beyond what they are legally obliged to. We pride ourselves on making wipes that are gentle to use on new born baby’s skin. Our wipes have been approved by the Skin Health Alliance and Allergy Uk and have been awarded the National Eczema Association of America's Seal of Acceptance, all of whom only approve products suitable for use on sensitive skin.

    They are expensive! Smell so strong almost like hand sanitizer and are small! I had to switch my baby back to her wipes and i have to finish them because i don’t like throwing them away so they have become my hand wipes after makeup or skincare
