Q: Is it safe for a dog to consume?
A:Â Our food coloring was developed and safety tested for human consumption. We do not have safety data for dogs. That said, the coloring ingredients used in the food color are free from artificial dyes and are plant based and should generally be safe for dogs as well if consumed in typical amounts. However, we would recommend they check with a veterinarian to be sure.

Q: making bath bombs just to know if its skin safe?
A: While we don’t believe that the dyes would cause irritation to skin, this is manufactured as a Food Coloring and is not intended for a Bath Bomb application.

Q: does this stain surfaces that it falls on?

Q: Can this be used for making face paint?
A:Â Watkins Food Coloring has only been tested on food. It has not been tested for making face paint.

Q: I want to dye a toy for my rabbit, when diluted with water would this product be safe to use to color her toys? Also are there animal products or chemicals in this product?
A:Â Our products are not tested for use in dyeing toys or use on animals and we would not recommend using it for animals.

Q: Was this product processes in a facility that also processes peanut or egg products?
A:Â The Food Colors are not filled on a dedicated filling line and the production facility does also fill products that may contain peanuts; however, the facility does have effective procedures and protocols in place to prevent cross-contamination of products.

Q: does it have come with a pistachio green color?
