The best birthday frosting!
My favorite frosting and cake has been Betty Crocker Rainbow Chip since I was a little girl! Now I’m close to 40 and it’s still my number one birthday choice. Target has been consistently the best about keeping both the frosting and cake in stock lately and I hope they continue to be.
