A: Yes, we have full tank protection: While the water level inside the tank can be easily checked throughthe Water Level Window,the dehumidifier also features afull tankalarm and automatic shutdown to prevent overflow. When the water tank reaches maximum capacity,both the "Tank Full"indicator and the Humidity Progress Bar will flash red to signal that the tank is full.The compressor will automatically shut off,followed by the fan pausing.A beep alarm will sound three times,3 minutes after the full protection is triggered,to clearly alert you to the full tank condition.

The120 pint has all the features I want and is successfully regulating the humidity in my basement. It is very quiet. It's been running for 1 month and the latest electric bill showed considerably less usage then previous months with an older dehumidifier running.

It's working like a champ in my 850 sq. foot basement. The basement is always damp because we're on a canale and there's always fear of mold developing. This unit is great!! Living in the Northeast having a dehumidifier is a must. In the summertime the air can get very humid. It's important to keep the humidity in the basement under control. The humidifier this one replaced did very well for a few years but it was time for a more modern, more efficient model. After reading reviews from many publishers and reading end user opinions I decided on this Waykar. It's been online for 4 months and it's doing great. The humidity is under control. I am impressed how quiet it is when running. I have to put my hand over the top to feel the air to verify it's running. Great machine!

This dehumidifier is a God sent. I live in Southeast Texas. Just bought my current house 2 years ago & struggled to regulate the temperature on my second floor during hot weather, with the A/C on. I bought all types of different fans, all to no avail. One day I looked at my smart clock & saw that the humidity was over 70% so I quickly discovered I need a dehumidifier. I went through a few others before this one that were all just not hitting the mark. Finally grabbed this one & it works beautifully! I keep it on in the auto mode and it keeps the entire floor (4 bedrooms) around or under 50% humidity. Now it gets ice cold with the A/C on. The pump with the included house has been phenomenal as well. I have it running to one of my sinks. It pumps out water consistently when the tank gets full. I haven’t had to touch the tank in weeks! Overall, I’m pleased with this dehumidifier.

We have gone through several dehumidifiers over the years living in the deep south. I had not heard of the WAYKAR brand initially and was admittedly a little leary, but I am SO glad we went with it. We had previously stuck with major, well-known brands, and all of those units were average at best. This unit by far has the best performance out of all units we have previously used. The best part is how quiet this model is. I couldn't believe how quiet it was compared to previous models. Highly recommend!

I needed a second dehumidifier due to high humidity where I live, and this unit works very well. I have to empty a full water bin every day! I like the fact that the vent shoots the warm air up into the room and not out one side. The built-in pump works as well. I tested it out and placed the drainage tube in a sink. The pump is noisy, but I wouldn't be home when using that feature anyway.

I love how this unit has a pump. It does the job well. The tip that attaches the hose to the unit broke. I emailed the manufacturer’s customer service department. I heard back from Lauren the next day. Every time I email Lauren through this process, she replied the next day without delay. Customer service has been 1st class so far. She is sending me out a replacement part.

Before I knew anything about dehumidifiers, I bought a small 35 pints-a-day dehumidifier that could not keep up with the size of my basement. I searched around and found Waykar, one of the few brands that could do 150 pints a day without a $600 price tag. I took a shot and bought it! Installed it in the middle of my basement with the drain house attached. When I plugged it in, the room was at 64%. I went and ran errands for three to four hours, came back to 43%. This thing sucks down water like a hippo at a watering hole. The build quality is nice! I love the carrying handle, the wheels, and the buttons (shockingly clicky). It is a simple workhorse of a dehumidifier, and at $261, it was such a deal!
