This had really good ratings and was an Allure 2025 winner-so I thought I’d try it without reading the reviews. Big. Mistake. It seems all the good reviews are from people who got the product for free.-or got some sort of incentive. Right after using it once, it immediately made my face red and itchy ….then the next day, I had four or five pimples. So natural or not something in there is causing my pores to get clogged. I should have read the reviews. It wasn’t all that cheap so I’m going to be returning this. Maybe it works for some people, but from what I see quite a few people have issues with it.

Don't buy
I love Weleda & purchase a lot of products in the US and internationally! I was so excited to try this but after 1 spray it BURNED my face and left it itchy. Its been a few days and its still red, inflamed, and my skin barrier is crazy. Not sure whats in this and I’m not sensitive to post products, but I do not recommend :(

Burned face
Do not buy. Not natural. After about 2 minutes after applying it, my face was lit up bright red and burning.

Wanted to love
I love Skin Food. Really wanted to love this mist. Smells wonderful. But the nozzle on my bottle sprays my hair and my shirt. Almost nothing makes it on my face. I had to replace it with a top from another bottle to make it work. Maybe only my bottle, maybe the design?

Love Weleda, this one's just not for me.
I've been on the hunt for a good hydrating face spray and my face and hands love the original skin food creme. I was so excited to try this spray and was ready to love it, but it did not love me back. I went ham spraying it as soon as I opened it, but within minutes there were red patches all over my face. (insert crying emoji) I love the brand though and would still recommend to someone with not-so-sensitive skin. The mist comes out light, the smell is fresh and I really like the packaging. It reminds me of Tata Harper without the higher price tag. Love Weleda, this one's just not for me.

It’s always in my go bag

I do not always want to put on makeup everyday so my skin gets exposed to a variety of elements. This hydrating face mist has become a staple in my travel/go bag. It is quite effective with a low scent. It’s easy to use packaging makes it perfect for either a carry on or weekender bag. A little bit goes along way so it makes the price worth it.

The scent is fresh and light, and I don’t feel it conflicted with my perfume choice. The mist itself is refreshing and I didn’t have any negative reaction to its use. However, I did feel like I had to reapply it several times to continue the freshening effect, which is why I gave 4 stars rather than 5.

A Calming & Hydrating Dream!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love facial mists. They always feel so luxurious and it just adds a little whimsy to my skincare routine. This one was my first from Weleda and it won’t be the last! The calendula and chamomile and other botanicals gave a very spa like experience with every spray. I like that the mist was fine and didn’t feel like I was hosed down every time I used it. It was a great way to add a little more hydration to my routine during the dry winter months and I’m tossing it in my beach bag this summer for a little pick me up when it gets hot out. Compared to similar products, it’s very fairly priced. Overall, I loved it! Thank you to Influenster and Weleda for the complimentary product in exchange for my honest feedback!

The smell is too strong for a facial mist and the nozzle sprays everything in a single line of liquid. It does not “mist” in a sense. If they got ride of the smell and fixed the nozzle then I would like it more.
