Q: Why don't you disclose the amount of HOCL like all the other companies? The others I've contacted have 0.012% and 0.018% and had no issue disclosing that or the PH level.

Very nice hydrating mist I find myself reaching for this, especially during this dry winter and using it before moisturizer and sometimes a few times lightly over make up. It’s fine enough missed where it just gives a nice little glow and doesn’t run. I got it as part of the target circle bonus but I would buy this again because I have dry skin and I like it and also because it’s not runny & my skin seems to like it after using it for a few weeks.
