This Japanese-inspired Lash Extending tubing technology, wraps each lash with tube-like polymers to add instant length and lift. The non-flaking, no-clumping formula applies seamlessly, lasts up to 16-hours and removes effortlessly with just warm water. Infused with Shea Butter & Castor Seed Oil, this power-house mascara also helps nourish and condition lashes as you wear it. How to Apply It
Start with the wand at the base of lashes and sweep from root to tip to coat, define and lengthen every lash. To remove, gently splash warm water a few times to ensure eyes are wet. Using a gentle motion, take pointer finger and thumb and gently wiggle and pull to remove tubes while eyes remain closed. Wash away any remaining product with warm water and/or face wash.

First time to try this kind of mascara
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it and I hate it. I love that it doesn't leave black under your eyes and is so easy to wash off. But I'm still trying to apply it just right so that it doesn't clump. I can't seem to get it right on my lower lashes, and I always just end up pulling it off. I'm mid-forties, and makeup doesn't stay put as it used to. Really excited to find something that doesn't smudge under my eyes.

This is my second time purchasing this mascara, and I have to say, at first, I wasn't a huge fan. But after learning how to apply it properly, I love it! It's a dupe for Tarte's tubing mascara. Start by using it at the base of your lashes, wait a few seconds, and then apply the second coat. My lashes look fuller, darker, and plus plus plus for me is that it lasts all day and doesn't give me raccoon eyes.

This is a very “wet” mascara and very messy. I even had little spots on my cheeks from tiny drops of mascara. My lashes easily clump together as well. I did not like the formulation at all. The color is perfect and it didn’t irritate my eyes, but I would not buy again.

Flaky and painful
Beautiful brown color, but it flakes into my eye all day. The flakes are so big that they physically hurt when they fall into my eye. The formula is incredibly wet. Makes the application process difficult and you have to really work hard to make sure your lashes don’t clump together due to how wet the formula is.

I love this mascara! I agree with the other comments that it can stay wet for longer, however I usually just take a q tip and some micellar water, clean any smudges on my skin, and they come off easily. I usually don’t have any issues with the wetness after that, and once it dries, it holds all day! I also like that I can use it to coat my bottom lashes too—I’ve found that other mascaras barely work on my bottom lashes bc they’re so thin, but this does and it looks so cute! Comes off pretty easily as well with micellar water and a cotton pad.

Messiest and clumpiest mascara I have ever used. I LOVE the original Highly Rated mascara, it’s been the my ONLY mascara for years, so I was really excited to try the tubing version and I was so disappointed. I think its biggest problem is how wet the formula is, but I’m not willing to deal with the mess to try it again after it has some time to dry out. It’s splattered all over both my hand and my eyes. It took a lot of futzing with an eyelash comb to make my lashes look decent.

I have been on what seems like a lifetime search for a mascara of any kind, that doesn't give me "racoon-eyes" or even a slightest shadows and I FOUND IT WITH THIS!! FINALLY, THANK YOU! Milani Mascara
I liked the mascara after applying but when I curled it, it immediately clumped up. I even cleaned the curler and waited under 30 min to curl and even tried curling before applying mascara. Didn’t work out for me 😔
