My favorite mascara I use daily! It's somewhat thick but in all the right places🤭

I love this mascara, it makes your lashes look longer and gives you the perfect look of thickness. It’s not clumpy.

I love all your other products but very disappointed with HIGHLY RATED mascara very clumpy made my lashes stick together. I have sent an email to CS.

Natural look , that adds length!!

The best Mascara hands down. Do not spend money on high end designer brands because Milani over-exceeds all expectations.

This mascara is excellent. My lashes are fading with age and this just helped them look natural like they used to look.

I have repurchased Milani Highly Rated mascara four or five times now; I've been using it since its release and haven't felt the need to try or use a different mascara since. I have long lashes with average thickness, but they are quite straight and WILL NOT hold a curl. I've tried so many different mascaras, heated curlers, etc--Milani Highly Rated is the only mascara I've ever used that'll hold the curl in my lash right up until I take my makeup off! Years later and sometimes I still can't believe it how incredibly this mascara holds a curl--just WOW. This mascara does a fabulous job of helping to give you that ethereal and romantic aesthetic--it makes your lashes look and feel incredibly feathery and light; gives a fluttery, flirty look. I've never enjoyed lashes that were too 'thick', and I don't like clumpy or spidery lash looks. If that IS the look you're going for, however, you could 100% achieve it with this mascara really easily--it's a versatile product. It's not at all waxy and it has a decent 'grip' to it. The ONE negative quality of this mascara--not a negative for me personally, but potentially for most other mascara wearers--is that when you build it up, it does flake easily. You CAN build it up, definitely, and it looks gorgeous when you do, but you have to comb through very quickly after applying while the mascara is still as wet as possible. If you comb through this mascara when it's dry, it WILL flake, and it'll flake a LOT--that's the only reason I'm not giving this product five stars. Other than that--and I wouldn't call this a negative, it's just a characteristic of the mascara--it doesn't provide hyper-definition. It defines your lashes, sure, all mascaras do, but it is a subtle definition and separation. For ME this product is five stars, but I realize I'm not in the majority of mascara wearers here applying only one very light coat; most people apply two coats (or more). For a quick one-and-done, though, it is truly remarkable at giving natural looking definition and fullness, nice length, and it *really* holds a curl well!

I like the volume the mascara gives you it does come off easily when rubbed on any fabric. I had to toss the full product because the gold on the lid was peeling and spreading all over my face and make up bag.

Ehhh its okay good for younger kids

have to work it in more than any other mascara i’ve used and was immediately too dry. after 3 uses it was a dry, crumbly mess and had to get rid of it. i feel like i used it years ago and the formula was better and the reason i repurchased. just try another

I purchased this mascara about 2 months ago and the gold wrapping on the mascara tube peels off into a bunch of tiny pieces and gets everywhere. I tried wipe off what i could and use the mascara again but gold flakes fell into my eye. Not only was it painful, I messed up my makeup right before work trying to blink out the stupid pieces. Definitely going to try to get a refund.

This is a great mascara and it's so affordable. When they go on sale I stock up.
