The capsules were a bit larger than expected and had a bold color, but they didn’t have any weird smell or aftertaste, which I really appreciated. I have an elevated A1C due to PCOS and Hashimoto’s, though I don’t test my blood sugar daily at home. They are a quite large pill, while I did not have any issues taking these, someone might have a hard time swallowing if they can't handle larger pills. These have no aftertaste and do not give me any gastric upset. They are good clean ingredients.

Tablets are on the bigger side and the black color is a bit scary, but they're easy to swallow (surprisingly) and they don't have any taste at all. I usually only check my blood sugar in the mornings and I honestly didn't see any change in my numbers. I don't typically experience type of "crashes" after eating, I usually eat 2 small snacks & 2 meals a day.

I love that these aren't filled with a bunch of junk that we don't need to be ingesting. The serving size is 2 tablets, which makes it easy to take every day. The size of the tablets are pretty substantial, and they are a pitch black, which is a little off-putting, but they aren't hard to ingest. Not only is the product great in itself, the company also invests a sizeable amounts of proceeds towards building health equity in under-served communities to make sure everyone's health needs are met regardless of their financial or living situation. But I read about the benefits of stacking Berberine & ALA and I was excited to be getting both in these tablets. Need to however keep taking them for at least a month or two to experience the full benefits. But so far so good.

My husband, however, is a Type II diabetic, and does experience high blood sugar. I love all the natural ingredients in the WellWithAll Blood Sugar Support supplement! The large black pills look somewhat scary, but husband says they're easy to swallow and tasteless. The pills do help lower blood sugar, but we have to be careful on his weekly Ozempic shot day. He doesn't take the supplement on that day. Overall, this is a great option to help lower blood sugar levels naturally. We would recommend!
