As a Nutrition Specialist, I always recommend an Omega 3 supplement to my clients. It’s beneficial for brain health, heart health, and we just don’t get enough omega 3 in our diet. It’s usually overrun with omega 6 from fatty foods and seed oils. So I think a great omega supplement is key. Now, just for my own taste, I love taking omega 3 in a liquid lemon flavor form. I’ll typically take it with a small shot of lemonade to help down the oil, but it negates the fish burps that tend to happen with most fish oils. If it’s lemon flavored it usually helps more. Just a little tidbit there. I’m waiting to see how my nails and skin and hair do as well. Though I’ve noticed my hair getting stronger. So that’s a plus. Overall, a good product. Not too fond of the label. It almost has a gritty feel. But that doesn’t matter in the scheme of things. What I care about most is where it’s sourced and if it is third party tested. Not sure this one is but I like that it’s a new biz and hopefully hasn’t sold out to a bigger corp like Pure Encapsulations sold to nestle.
