It is firm and the design of the brush helped significantly cut down on dry time which is great for me. I want more of these!

It works so much better than another style Wetbrush that I had used in the past with a different design that was constantly catching my hair because of its shape….while I can’t say I’ve notice any reduction in blow dry time, I do like it better than the one I was using previously!

The comb is light, easy to hold, and the soft teeth help to quickly detangle hair without causing scalp pain or hair loss. What I like most is the surface of the comb has ventilation holes. In fact, I find that my hair is less tangled and broken than with regular combs. The comb can be used for both wet and dry hair, very convenient when washing hair, just brush lightly and your hair will be smooth and not tangled like with regular combs.

I have thick hair and this brush has such flexible bristles that I was never able to move my hair to dry bottom layers. I don’t understand the reviews raving about this for thick hair when the bristles simply aren’t firm enough to brush hair. I feel like I’m using my daughter’s doll brush to brush my hair.
