I bought a bag of these the other day and they had a strange metallic smell. I brought them home thinking maybe it was just from the freezer at the store but then the smell filled my entire freezer. I still tried them in a smoothie, but they gave the whole smoothie a very strange, almost sour milk taste. When I returned them, the associate didn’t ask any questions. She just tossed them in the trash.

I bought these for strawberry shortcake and for shakes. I opened the bag and was hit with an overwhelming smell I can only describe as a mix of from something from 7th grade science class. I went ahead and poured some into a container and closed it for defrosting. When I opened the container the same smell hit. I am not eating these. I wouldn’t serve these to a homeless person. Wasted money and I’ve bought frozen strawberries from other stores and never had a problem.

Bought multiple bags, but all had the same problem - very few decent strawberries, and some downright dangerous ones. Many that were coered in gray or black sections. Maybe one out of fifteen strawberries in the bag were usable, so definitely not worth the money. Some of the strawberries looked so gross, I hope nobody is pouring them out without examining each one.

These may seem like a good deal, but they are an inedible waste of money. The berries are white and hard when thawed and taste like dirt. Target brand frozen items are terrible. I’ve also purchased frozen broccoli that was a bag of inedible woody stems likely to perforate a person’s esophagus if consumed. Do better target.
