I have heard of the benefits of ginger turmeric combined with black pepper before. The capsules are standard size and are easy to swallow with a glass of water. They have no taste which is good. I like how the capsules are made and batch tested in the USA and that they are organic. I received an incentive to write this review.

It’s paired with black pepper which really helps activate the turmeric beneficial properties. It’s easy to digest and hasn’t given me any issues. Turmeric has helped me with my acne quite a bit. Appreciate that this is all natural ingredients. I would recommend to my family. I received an incentive to write this review.

In just a few days, I have appreciated the gentle warmth and mild ginger aftertaste. They are easy to swallow and do not upset my stomach. One bottle will last me a month so I am impressed with its value. I cannot yet vouch for long-term benefits, but so far it feels like a solid, well-rounded daily supplement that I have added to my daily supplement regimen. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking this brand of turmeric capsules in place of a different brand I had been using. I was surprised to see how much larger these capsules are compared to others and that I need to take three of them to equal one serving. One serving ends up being around 2000 mg of turmeric, which is the upper end of what’s daily recommended, so I may choose to just take one a day for now so the bottle lasts longer. The capsules, though large, have no aftertaste and look like a good quality. I received an incentive to write this review.
