At first I was afraid how my stomach will react to these but it actually wasn't thematic bad. Its too early to say about the benefits but I Def feel more healthier and stronger when I take these. There are 120 capsules in the bottle which is 40 servings. 3 capsules feels like a lot not gunna lie. I’m not sure I could take more than 2 in a sitting. Luckily you’re aupppsed to start with 1 and then increase it when you’re ready. They are pretty big but soft. Of course garlic is a well known as beneficial for overall health but learning I have a high A1C and arthritis, I’m looking for natural ways to improve what ails me. I’ve been taking these capsules for almost a week and I can honestly say, I’m feeling less bloated and noticing digestive regularity. I won’t know for sure until I go to the doctor if it’s helping my blood sugar but I’m liking the way I feel after taking them. I started off with one capsule but quickly worked my way up to the maximum of 3 per day. There are one hundred and twenty capsules per bottle so taking the max is about a forty day supply. They’re a good value for more than a months supply. When you open it smells like salad in a bottle.
