TLDR: Try the included USB to USB C cord / dongle. Avoid "boxes" made for fast charging. TO WICKED: YOU NEED TO BE INFORMING PPL OF THIS!!! Bought these about 10 hrs ago. Sound quality on the flight was fine. Paired easily and INITIALLY were turning on automatically upon removal from case. Then I placed them in the case to charge. The case lights basically haven't worked since. My device says buds have 80% and that wasn't increasing anymore with "more charging." So tried charging the case. No lights. Waited an hour and reconnected buds. Still 80%. Started searching everywhere and wasn't finding any useful info. Then 1 review advised using a slow charger / cable. I can't give a final verdict yet, but the case immediately started blinking w 1 light. And that's what it should be doing if the case had completely drained. One complication: I initially plugged in my fast charger / cable at the airport and the case did have lights. But they were solid. So I think the charger wasn't being recognized at all and the solid lights were an indication that the buds were charging (and the level of charge the case had at that time. I'm unclear from the manual and my experience if the lights are meant to show bud charge level or case charge level but am pretty sure it's the latter.) I'll update. But my current thinking is the product is fine but the info in the manual and available on this site is about as bad as it can be. I'm also wondering if attempted charging with fast boxes / cables is damaging the product. That would be unacceptable
NOT CHARGING? DONT USE A HIGH OUTPUT BLOCK

So at first I had a problem with it not charging (or so I thought) and kinda gave up on these as just a cheap one time buy of bt headphones from the airport but I tried again a couple days later using a different usb block and it works fine. What I needed up figuring out was that it would not charge If I used any kind of lighting or fast charger block. Just use a cheap low output one and they'll be fine, i bought these back in Nov of 2024, still have them and they still work just as good. Hope this helps someone like me who forgot to bring their hp and bought some at the airport lol
The scam of selling at the airport

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The right earbud didn't work at all from the time I opened the package. Like many others, bought these at the airport because I forgot my good earbuds at home. I think that is their trick - sell in the airports where people are desperate and will pay big $$. Sell people something with no quality control that doesn't work and most people will just throw them away. I think we need a class action against wicked.

I bought these at the airport. The buds work but the charging box does not charge after a few weeks. Tried many cables and adapters but box is dead with no LEDs on, and buds are now out of battery with no method of charging. My bose QC35 have worked great with many hours of use every day for 7 years. The Wicked earbuds with box lasted a few weeks. I do not recommend these earbuds.

I bought these in the airport since I forgot my buds. They worked great until they didn't. Followed all the steps several times and the left bud will not sync. Very disappointed.

Bought this at the airport for 60 bucks, and for that price I would expect decent audio/build quality, but neither of those are present. Uncomfortable, terrible audio, and half the time one earbud will randomly disconnect. Don’t buy.
