Zipper difficulties
Seemed to be made well, great material. My 6 year old struggled with the zipper a lot. Then one zipper broke after 3 months of use. I fixed it to only be one zipper and she used it for another month and now that one is broken too.

Strap came unstitched
The part of one strap that attaches to the bottom of the backpack came completely unstitched after only 5 weeks of use at school. Unfortunately I bought it more than 90 days ago so the return and warranty periods have expired. Not something that's easily repairable due to the positioning and thickness of the strap.

Material is way too stiff
A little too stiff. Makes it difficult for elementary aged child to open the zipper. Because it’s so stiff, the corners are starting to have holes. It’s cute, but wouldn’t buy again.

She is at the phase of still enjoying sweet unicorns but being to turn into a too cool preteen so we both enjoy that the design is simple and not babyish. The pop of color pink drink holders are a nice touch. We have used this for school yet but my daughter has used it for weekend trips and the backpack hold a lot and seems to be great quality

It's BPA-free and has a big pocket on the front and to side pockets on it. It has a Two padded, adjustable shoulder straps and a padded back to which make's it comfortable to wear. It also has a top handle that you can use to hang it up

Perfect size at 16 inches and even washable. Has 2 mesh side pockets to carry water bottle and a zipped pocket in front. Perfect for snacks. Really durable and roomy inside. It also is washable and material feels like heavy polyester fabric with nylon lining. My 7 year old granddaughter loves it and it fits perfect on her back and really is light. Best thing is there is a 90 warranty. It is so cute that I even want to use it.

It holds alot of toys too! Now that school is out they are still using it! Very durable! They love it and its definitely been put to the test. I highly recommend it.
