Zipper difficulties
Seemed to be made well, great material. My 6 year old struggled with the zipper a lot. Then one zipper broke after 3 months of use. I fixed it to only be one zipper and she used it for another month and now that one is broken too.

Strap came unstitched
The part of one strap that attaches to the bottom of the backpack came completely unstitched after only 5 weeks of use at school. Unfortunately I bought it more than 90 days ago so the return and warranty periods have expired. Not something that's easily repairable due to the positioning and thickness of the strap.

Material is way too stiff
A little too stiff. Makes it difficult for elementary aged child to open the zipper. Because it’s so stiff, the corners are starting to have holes. It’s cute, but wouldn’t buy again.

Super cute, but due to the type of material it is nearly impossible to use the zipper. If I struggled there is no way my child could do it. Had to return for a different style.

Sturdy and Pretty
My 5 year old daughter loves the lavender unicorn design. It seems to be holding up fairly well so far (August-December) and I had to clean it a few times, so threw it in the washing machine and air dried it. Still looks great!
