Willow Coverlet Set (Full/Queen) - Stone Cottage

Love this bedding set! The material is soft and it holds up well. The print is gorgeous!

I read the reviews and decided to go with it against better judgement because I liked the foliage print. Seriously just not a great quality considering the price however. The fabric itself isn’t very soft and has a slight starchy/scratchy feel. I washed it before using and could barely fit it in my washer which caused it to tear already. The tag instructs use of a commercial size washer, and not to dry clean. Which is a bit of a hassle to have specially washed, especially with the looming p65 warning, or just to keep up with clean bedding on a consistent basis. The material is also on the wrinkly side but the tag specifically instructs not to iron. The zippers for the pillowcases didn’t zip very well either, I was nervous I’d break it from tugging it so much. It seems like more high maintenance care for something with lower quality. Warmth and weight of blanket is comfortable. Just not what I was hoping for overall.

I really wanted to love this comforter, I like it, but don't love it. The color is more tan than mossy, which is fine. The quality is what gets me. The batting feels like foam and bunches really easily and horribly. There are only a handful of sewn attachment points on the comforter for the back and front, there need to be more so the batting doesn't move around as much. I got mine dry cleaned as I didn't have a washer big enough, and as someone else mentioned, it wrinkles very easily. I don't recommend buying this at full price, definitely not worth it, the batting just feels so much like cheap foam. It is comfortable to use and doesn't get me to hot in the summer with the A/C going, so I'll keep it.

This comforter set is so beautiful and fluffy! Very well made. I love the thickness; it’s definitely a winter comforter. It’s perfect. The only reason it gets 4/5 stars is because it comes in Prop65 warning packaging (I just used gloves to open and threw the packaging away immediately). I washed it 4 times before putting it on the bed.

Expecting a lot more for my money seeing as how this was over $100. I really wanted to love this but it is lacking in quality. For $100 I was also hoping for a bed skirt but realized it only came as a 3 pc set. The comforter is beautiful but really lacks in quality.

Even though the comforter is very pretty, the photo didn't do a good job representing the color. I expected there to be a green cast to the pattern. Also, I am having a tough time removing the shipping wrinkles. I have used the dewrinkle setting on my dryer, ironed it and steamed it and have barely made a dent.
